The site is located on the south west corner of the intersection of Dundas Street West and Spadina Avenue, the centre of Chinatown West. A public circulation tower, cladded with advertisement, is provided at the intersection to create a strong focal point and to provide an ‘anchor’ to the Dundas retail corridor.

Access to the 3-storey commercial portion of the building is through a glass enclosed public court. The commercial floors surround a 3-storey void containing the escalator and stair system. A health club, a dining club and a landscaped roof terrace are created at the 4th floor level to provide recreation and visual relief to the residential units above.

The 7-storey residential tower is set back substantially from the busy intersection. The residential windows are oriented in an east west direction, overlooking the landscaped terrace, Chinatown and Alexandra Park.
